      Great product and strategic aquisitions have made it an interesting place to work with new knowledge gained at each turn. Some great, switched on and fun people Good team cultures in some areas Senior management making the right noises about employee engagement

      Cons

      Poor career development Some examples of poor management where some people don't pull their weight (sales/presales) which creates a poor morale Questionable external recruiting for roles that could be filled internally Patchy training

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
