      Pros

      Company provides a nimble, dynamic environment with emphasis on teamwork. It also is an employee friendly company with good perks like breakfast and weekly lunches.

      Cons

      Most of the management is Centralized and is in the east coast. Product integration post company acquisitions is not very efficient and effective.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
