      Pros

      The work day was very flexible, the pay was decent (though beginning to lag under new management structure), and the starting PTO bucket was pretty good (4 weeks to start)

      Cons

      The company pushed hard to move to the cloud before they optimized/fixed things that were broken, which was beginning to lead to longer and longer days of work

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
