Good People Stuck Behind Substandard Products - Anonymous employee Verint Employee Review

Stagnant product, not enough innovation, all the money goes into the call center suite which leaves their voice of customer products languishing behind. Overpriced health care benefits which are twice the rate than I've had at other employers for the same coverage. Raises given as stock grants which they then take away when you leave, so don't really get a raise at all. Leadership messaging is opaque and isn't realistic. HR is completely incompetent.
