      Pros

      Good perks and generally good people to work with with some obvious exceptions as there would be in any company. Product is quite strong and people want it

      Cons

      Company is resistant to change senior managers are unwilling to try new things in order to improve processes-quite happy to stick with the status quo which can be quite demotivating for staff.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
