No defined development plan for non-actuaries. The bonus & raise pool goes mostly to actuaries, so if you're not an actuary don't plan on raises unless you're getting a promotion.

Some departments have a standing happy hour starting at 3 pm once a week. Other departments work overtime as an expectation. The layoffs and the bonus/raise pool affect these teams in the same way despite these workload differences.
