Stenographer Independent Contractor - Stenographer Veritext Employee Review

You're on your own. No feeling of comradery. Feels a bit cold. Not great transparency in what they bill to the clients. Back in the early 2000s, you had a rate sheet so you knew what you were going to get paid. I feel like you can never plan for it. It all depends on who the client is. This is not specific to Veritext. A lot of places do this. I just personally think it should be a straight split of whatever you bill the client.
