Don’t. This is corporate company who only cares about themselves. Meaning upper management cares about upper management. The turnover is ridiculous, what is made to look like constant growth at this company is actually constant turnover. Pay is nothing for the amount of work and hours you put in but being salary, that’s it. Yearly raises are up to $1 for “cost of living”
