      Good Ole Boys club - if you aren't in it, you are bullied until you either quit, or put on a performance plan then fired. They fired SO many people during my tenure there. No loyalty.

      Pros

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
