      excellent opportunities to learn easy going environment exciting projects and overall future perspectives

      leadership team lives in an ivory tower and have a very closed inner circle poor management of non-executive leaders limited resources for managers to motivate and reward employees

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
