      -Friendly and team work atmosphere. -Knowledgeable reps who are willing to help -Reps will be retiring and business will be spread around -Access to a lot of vendors and supplies - Able to provide custom solutions -More consultative selling then transnational -work/life balance is amazing -Management is NOT micromanaging

      Cons

      -Website for eCommerce needs some work -Needs to stock more items as we are a distributor -Internal systems need to be more user friendly

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
