Company only pays once a month, does not reimburse sales reps for travel or any other daily expenses associated with sales calls. Sales is the "face" of the company and should be provided some reimbursement when traveling over a specific distance from their home or division office. This is also one reason why the company is not growing, sales folks are not enticed to go out and "hunt". One other example of this is that sales reps have to "pay" for company calendars to give out to their customers - that is an advertising expense that reps should not have to bear.
