      Work from home. Not as cut-throat.

      Cons

      There is no career growth for internal employees. Though SLT and HR claim a promote-from-within culture, the reality is far from it.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
