Avoid this company - Accounts Manager Veritiv Employee Review

This is a company with a horrible organizational culture and with a toxic work environment. They have very bad management, don't care about their employees, they even removed the employee recognition program. You are pushed to work hard and you will never get fair compensation or recognition for your efforts. Employees get promoted because of who they know, not because they deserve it. I'm too old to leave now but I would not recommend anyone to work here.
