Pros
Starting pay was good, decent benefits, no weekends, no late nights.
Cons
High stress, surveys were everything and 1 bad survey had the potential to take your performance for the month to a detrimental low, especially if it happened late in the month because it took 8 perfect surveys to counter 1 bad. The scale from 1- 10 makes a 9 or 10 perfect, 8 or below is considered low and it's randomly dependant on customers. Not fair when everyone gets that one cranky person that just doesn't believe in giving 10's. No where to move up. Unheard of to advance up beyond call floor except for supervisor which has low turnover with a pool of waiting sups in training circling like sharks.
