Pros

challenging, stimulating, keeps you busy and you can take on various projects even outside of your scope. time flies here (good or bad) and there is always exciting stuff on the calendar. top talent and truly a revolutionary product backed by a great mission statement. everyone is enthusiastic and ambitious.

Cons

constant change (both good and bad), often undermining or contradicting previous efforts and not isolating factors to ensure evolution is going in a productive direction. every minute of every day is overbooked and you often feel behind and like your effort to keep up is futile. departments are short handed so you're doing stuff out of your expertise, discouraged from slowing pace by saying no to things, and dont have all the resources or bandwidth to do your best work. lack of delegation keeps us from scaling and leadership can be big blockers on moving things forward efficiently and overly involved or scrutinizing of minute areas. you need to be a very special kind of person fully devoted to career and indifferent to challenges or you will absolutely flop in this environment.

Pros

Some of the people are kind, intelligent, and very thoughtful, which made the rest manageable when it unbearable Fancy perks: food, coffee bar

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Inexperienced leadership and middle management creates an air of stress, anxiety, and frustration across all areas of the workplace. People often snap at each other, burn out, and successes are rarely recognized or celebrated. There is no sense of team unity. I even witnessed a monkey being brought into the office to be posed for photos during an end of quarter celebration. There is little flexibility for people not being in-office due to family/outside issues. There are too many meetings with no clear organization or purpose, and messages/emails are often sent late into the night, on holidays, and on weekends. I wish someone had warned me not to work here before I started, it was some of the worst days of my life.
