-Blatant lies regarding compensation to perspective new hires. -Awful equity package for sales with even worse opportunity to grow -Leadership is incredibly out of touch with reality -Leadership has been involved in a number of sexual harassment situations in the past. -4 Quota raises in last year, Territory splits almost quarterly as they expand headcount. -Massive pressure to be in office at all times. Directors will hold promotions over your head to drive attendance, Zero work life balance with expectation being you are in the office at 6am and stay until 5pm.
