Cons
The most toxic and unsupportive environment I've ever worked in. Management, HR, and leadership from the top down are all extremely problematic and biased. Tons of politics to deal with that no one has time for. They will micromanage you, force you to be in office 5 days/week and treat you terribly. They fire people that don't fit in to their fraternity/sorority vibe they have going on. Total "boys club" where sexual harassment, racism, and homophobic behavior runs rampant. Very unprofessional work environment. No flexibility on working hours or working from home. They will lie about how much money you will make - if you get a bad territory through no fault of your own they will fire you. They continue raising quotas but cutting territory smaller and smaller making it impossible to hit quota. They will lie to get you in the door. Trust me, it is NOT worth it. Even the equity they promise is not what they say it is. There are so many better tech start-up opportunities out there and this is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
