After spending a year in our London office, it's been great to see us make a number of changes in order to successfully grow our team and break further into the market out here. Some of the key highlights include: - Completely transformed culture over the past 6 or so months with restructuring and additions to the management team - Exponential growth of the team with continuous hiring of top talent across all departments (recruiting, sales, marketing, demand gen, channel, sales operations, etc.) - Launched our Marketing Development program and our Associate Account Executive program in order to hire talent from additional industries and create a path for progression into our Account Executive program - Significant investment into the EMEA business from HQ/leadership - Continued visibility from the Executive team in order to pivot strategies needed to grow within different markets - Quadrupled the amount of females in the office over the past 12 months - Launched our Enterprise Sales team creating an additional path for progression from our Account Executive team - Multiple promotions across the team signifying success across the sales team - Record breaking Sales quarter in Q2 with path for additional success throughout FY22 - Tripled the headcount on our Channel team to create a strong focus on partner growth and relationships - Provided mobility/relocation to 5+ employees to join the growth of our team here, continuing our focus on internal promotions and mobility - Exciting office culture - makes it fun to come in and work together as a team - Just raised Series D round of funding and doubled company valuation - Investment in brand (tube/bus ads campaign) Overall, it has been impressive to see the shifts/changes that we've made in this office with the support of the larger team in HQ and new leadership in the UK office. With the recent funding of our Series D having a focus on growth in international markets, I'm excited to see what we accomplish over the next 12 months.

Cons

- Cheaper competition in the UK makes it more imperative to build strong business cases - GBP/USD exchange rate - No product team locally but this is combatted with frequent visits from the US and extended office hours

Some of the people are kind, intelligent, and very thoughtful, which made the rest manageable when it unbearable Fancy perks: food, coffee bar

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Inexperienced leadership and middle management creates an air of stress, anxiety, and frustration across all areas of the workplace. People often snap at each other, burn out, and successes are rarely recognized or celebrated. There is no sense of team unity. I even witnessed a monkey being brought into the office to be posed for photos during an end of quarter celebration. There is little flexibility for people not being in-office due to family/outside issues. There are too many meetings with no clear organization or purpose, and messages/emails are often sent late into the night, on holidays, and on weekends. I wish someone had warned me not to work here before I started, it was some of the worst days of my life.
