Cons
Unsavory hiring practice. Aggressive recruiters. Will try to buy you in with company amenities (prevalent in all bay area orgs if you are relocating). Will not tell you which territory you will be getting. Performance is largely due to market demand within one territory. Channel selling, which hinders your ability to directly perform. You are on your partner's timeline. Unattainable quota in a recession. Market is limited as people are moving away from the physical work environment. NOT a SAAS company, despite them trying to sell you on their AI cloud software during recruiting phase.
