Pros
Really enjoyed the people I worked with out of the Seattle office.
Cons
-Pay is below market average, but was lied to that average attainment for the office was above 100% and my OTE would be competitive. -Leadership over-hired, split territories but did not reduce quota despite decreased opportunities. -Most of the office was still ramping (and one person was in onboarding) when leadership dissolved the entire office. -Churn at this company is massive because territories are extremely unequal, small percentage of reps make a lot of money bc they have great territories, the rest are left to hope for miracles in order to hit quota. -Do not take this job unless you know the territory you are being hired for and confident in the ability to succeed in said territory.
