Pros
Great management and environment with A TON of lateral/upward mobility. It's definitely a company that will support staff in advancing their careers. Tuition reimbursement combined with internal programs for staff development helped me to step into leadership roles. Incredibly diverse, great culture, good employees.
Cons
Can be difficult to negotiate raises depending on your department. It's technically a non-profit, so this is no surprise. If you don't mind standard pay increases, with the occasional/annual bonus, it's a solid place to work for. Again, they are open to placing you in internal programs (ex. Lean Six Sigma. Project & Program Management) that are impressive on your resume and allow you to pivot to other careers outside of the company.
