Pros
Benefits are okay Many locations available across the U.S to work in and expanding
Cons
Stingy with pay, other companies can and will pay you more Company is losing money after buyout/merge of 2024-2025 so they are repeatedly letting people go for cost purposes Used to be family owned, now too corporate and toxic work environment I worked at the branch level and corporate level, both lack in growth opportunities and they will expect you to do many tasks outside of your job description At will hiring - they can and will fire you for any reason at all even if they decide to come up with one. Most common: lack of performance Will get your hopes up about promoting to higher level just so extra work is being done without compensation for higher level tasks Work is more important to them than your personal life, little work-life balance. This was proven when they decided to change PTO rules from 200 max allowed roll over to only 80
