- Work From Home (Remote) - 100% Remote Work Culture - Great Benefits - The benefits package is on par or better than many organizations of similar or larger size. Excellent healthcare, 401k, and PTO plan. There are additional benefit perks like classes, etc. The medical benefits I am getting through Verterim are better than the benefits I was getting in my previous, corporate position. - Leadership is supportive and driven. The leadership team is driven to excel, and provides a supportive environment, with plenty of opportunities to learn, expand skillets and grow with the company. - Work/Life Balance - Leadership fosters a positive work life balance, and encourages team members to take time needed to care for self / family / etc. Team members also respect and encourage work life balance and support each other while out of the office. - Camaraderie within the teams is great - teams are supportive and helpful and everyone jumps in to assist with issues.

- Cons are limited - probably the only possible con is that the company is very niche focused. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you are excited by the vision and direction of the company.

Work from home, that's about it. If you enjoy cattiness and dramatics, this place is definitely for you.

Non-technical management interfering with technical decisions that impacted performance and left holes in the security of their client's platform. Security recommendations and concerns were brushed under the rug for the most part. Mis-management on a scale I've personally never witnessed. Clueless leadership trying to drive the direction of technology that they knew little about, creating dangerously vulnerable platforms for their client's hosting environments. This place wouldn't know what to do with good talent if they tripped over it. They seem to prefer equally incompetent people willing to put up with their toxicity and shenanigans. That said, expect to pick up the slack to accommodate weaknesses in the talent pool.
