Work and Life Balance, Work from home, Flexible Work Schedule, Great Benefits with employee input, Activities and Health Club Membership, Wellness Programs
Cons
Promotions almost non-existent, favoritism, very difficult to get your voice heard unless you're part of a 'popular 40' club. Sponsorship and Work Center oriented, works for some, but not for others; i.e., your Sponsor is suppose to work with you in order for the employee to do their best and work toward a possible promotion or other position, however, it may work for some, but NOT for others as had recently surfaced.
