      You get to work with very smart people and tackle challenging problems. The people you get to know are one of the most brilliant, humble, and collaborative you will ever meet.

      Promotion path can get subjective and is dependent on your connections within the organization.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
