      - Great work life balance - Employees genuinely care about each other - The Senior Employees/CEO take a real interest in you and effort in getting to know you/help you learn - Opportunity to Explore new aspects of business - The program allows you to rotate through various teams and see interests - New initiatives in place to promote productivity

      - Slow decision making - Owner accountability for projects is unclear - Need to be a "go-getter"

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
