Pros
Amazing Product, very strong technology. Engineers are the smartest people in the planet, easy to approach, you never get bored. If you like technology you learn so much and get excited every release about the new features. LOVE the product.
Cons
To many spin-off with HP acquisition, from HP to HPE, from HPE to MF and make us lose focus on the sales goals and management. Hopefully things start to settle now and can create a strong Sales force that aligns more with the technology and get it to the market. Vertica is the best and it is a shame that it is not everywhere.
