Pros

The product is great and the people who work there are mostly fantastic and highly intelligent. It was normally easy to find an engineer or support person who could patiently explain features to me so that I could do my job well.

Cons

There are some growing/assimilation pains as they become more involved with HP. Some guidelines were unclear and answers to corporate type questions could be hard to find.
