Bad company to work for - Production Vertis Communications Employee Review

This Company only cares about numbers not the employees. Management needs to go to school to learn production management. You get no vacation for 5 years and forced to work overtime. The company changes it rules as it goes.Management needs to improve talking to employees, not worrying about themselves and upper management tells you to work overtime or loose your job. The CEO needs to look close at this plant if he wants it to be productive
