Pros

There are no pro’s of working here

Cons

Horrible company with toxic culture and poor leadership. Don’t be fooled by the countless false positive reviews online about them. The toxic culture is accepted and even perpetuated by top leadership. This is not a work environment where you can be yourself.

Dear Colleague, Thank you for sharing your feedback - we appreciate it even though it’s very concerning for us to hear you’re feeling unhappy with the company. As the organisation, we do our best to build an environment where everyone feels safe to express their concerns. I strongly encourage you to reach out to HR: you can talk to me directly about the situation you experienced, or you can stay fully anonymous and share your perspective using our HR tool. We do not tolerate bullying, and we will act upon your feedback if you talk to us directly. Best regards, Gosia Adamczyk Director of HR

Pros

The team works hard and actually enjoys working together. A lot of employees have stayed a long time because they love the culture and the team they work with. The pace is fast and you'll have real responsibility from day one, you won't just be a cog in a large product org. It's the kind of place where you can build meaningful skills, make a visible impact, and grow quickly. Unlimited time off, and employees actually use it. You also get 3 wellness days and a hybrid (3/day per week) or remote work schedule (depending on the position). Just moved to a great new office in Soho.

Cons

Things move quickly and priorities can shift, so if you prefer a more structured corporate environment it may be an adjustment. That said, the pace creates real opportunities to take on more responsibility as a PM.
