No direction - Account Executive Vestis Employee Review

Company has zero direction since spinoff. Trying to copy competitors selling schedule and tactics thinking that’s the reason their numbers are bad. The actual reason is the service is horrible. Customers quit within a couple of weeks, they don’t receive the right product or any product at all, it takes 4-5 weeks to install an account. Then choose to install later to miss your bonus. Low base pay. Unrealistic expectations to sell. No room to move up.
