Pros

The firm works with a lot of the latest technologies and is in general very modern tech-wise.

Cons

Don't come to work here - there is no work life balance at all. Many of the employees quit because of that, which causes even more pressure on the others. No understanding of the importance of quality manpower, CEO publicly stated that "people who don't like it here can go" and there is a turnover rate that rivals many waiter jobs. As part of the job every developer needs to be on shift around 20% of the time, which means you need to be with your computer for 24 hours, with multiple inter-departament production bugs each shift, because the company prefers to deliver new features instead of making the product more stable.

Pros

Incredibly supportive management. Extremely healthy work environment. Company culture is top notch. Benefits are well above market average. Using PTO is encouraged, and when on PTO general duties are handled by supportive coworkers.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment. Real-time issues can arise, and can be stressful to resolve. Remote work can feel isolating, however, managers and coworkers are extremely easy to reach.

Pros

Most people you work with are nice, PTO is respected.

Cons

No strategy to speak of, the product is not good other than the acquisitions. Customers are treated poorly. C-suite is extremely tone deaf. Decisions come randomly from above with no bearing on what people are doing. There is no review cycle on purpose, the only people who get raises have other offers so many people are leaving. Which is a good idea because the stock price is down so all RSUs are underwater. Most teams are horribly overworked and underpaid and the one day a week lunch is getting worse.
