Thank you for your post. I will definitely look into a few issues you brought up, but it is clear you don't understand what we do as company for so many incredible people. First and foremost we would never use the word "superiors". There is no one person more superior than another and we understand that words matter so that is not part of our culture. Second, there is nothing more important than an individuals success...period! We are 100% funded by the government so there is no room for waste so we do understand our duty to be fiscally responsible, but that has never and will never be at the expense of our services. We will not stop promoting from within because we feel that our own people who have worked hard to live out our values deserve the chance to move up for more responsibility. We are very proud of the fact that we promote from within.
