Pros
The interview was easy and lady I spoke to was very nice, well manored, and excited to hear about my experience. They start out pay at a good amount compared to other direct care jobs I never made as much. Speedy to get me work as soon as possible, my orientation is on Monday and I cannot wait. Helpful when filling out paperwork, I reached out because I needed help and she got right back to me so I see already communicating is there. If this company is like this as a whole I am looking forward to being here a long time as a career. I love my schedule, I'm full time so insurance is there, they have 401k, I am happy! And I more importantly than anything get to do what I love!!
