Pays well compared to jobs of similar nature. Human Resources has zero idea what they’re doing so it’s really difficult to get fired.
Cons
They nickel and dime employees. The length is takes you to get to your office is very important. Even though you have to drive for your job, you don’t start earning mileage until you’ve reached your commute. So if you live 25 miles from the office you start to see mileage after you’ve driven 50 miles. They went up in mileage so I assume this was a way to reclaim that.
