Cons

Management usually promotes family and friends into leadership positions, making career advancement unlikely. Jobs in departments are constantly cut and when they are, everyone’s workload increases with nearly no (if any) pay increase. Worked all through pandemic and only received a single 300$ (before taxes) bonus
