- Incredibly inept managers - Lack of accountability for high-level managers in particular - HR is not to be trusted; they are there to serve management only - not the "associates" they so fondly speak of - Women and all of the people in the factory ("on the other side of the street" is the company lingo) are expected to work a whole lot harder than high-level men at this company...that's the culture here and it has been that way for years
