Abysmal management, outdated modes of operation, insufficient administrative infrastructure, not customer-centric, lack of investment in key departments and positions. Overall lack of professionalism from both executive level staff and management. Zero value or appreciation for the many who give more than they should or should be required. Not a place you will grow, succeed or be fulfilled. Management by fear and intimidation is common practice in some departments.
