Not much.. Lunch was ok. Marketing Leadership have their act together.

Cons

Working at Vicor is a paycheck, but not a very caring culture. Management, doesn't really support WFH for any positions. It's 1950 mentality in terms of how people are treated, I wouldn't recommend working there if it can be avoided. The President of the Company is constantly belittling people and putting them down. Cheap in terms of any type of stock options or bonus programs. That's reserved for the top .5% of management.

Amazing learning opportunity technically. Great company to work for after graduation, Very respectable in the industry and adds great value to resume

Pay is on lower end, very stressful all the time. HR department is bad in recent years.
