      Pros

      Good company, driven by stable management. Relaxed environment. Quality of work in my field is competitive. Company policies are good.

      Cons

      The only downside I see is it is pretty far from the city and the driving from city is pretty annoying especially during snow. I 93 highway quality is not that great.

      Amazing learning opportunity technically. Great company to work for after graduation, Very respectable in the industry and adds great value to resume

      Cons

      Pay is on lower end, very stressful all the time. HR department is bad in recent years.
