Terrible Clinical Leadership team, terrible administration, nepotism within the company, don’t pay you on your pay days nor the correct amount, don’t reimburse, don’t provide any materials, gross clinic, no work/life balance, no PTO, no maternity leave, shouldn’t be labeled transcultural center

Truly caring for the staff and the clients. Best paid. Opportunities to grow. Real deal for learning ABA. Able to work In the Clinic and In the home of the client. Very knowledgable on Cultural and Diversity, we really are exposed to work with a multicultural clients and families.

Cons

Would like to have more often gatherings with the clinical and administrative staff.

Family‘s are nice, Office Mgr was nice

Cons

Back door practices, preferential treatment on assignments, nothing is ever their fault, VERY high turnover. Only interested in what they can bill Medicaid/Insurance companies. Beware- some reviews from current office staff.
