Pros
Although there's no commissions or rewards in this job, you get a chance to promote and sign customers up for the store's credit card, one of the most sought after cards in retail history. Company discounts are somewhat great, but then shopping there would take a considerable amount from your small bi-weekly checks. It's going to feel like you worked for 7 hours to get a bra that probably cost 2 dollars to make in Sri Lanka.
Cons
Terrible management, not much room for growth, hours are limited majority of the time, one week you may be working 24 hours, the next week might be 6. All the guys working there are always staring at women, I personally found it disturbing.
