Cool coworkers and due to being short staffed and managers always quitting, we can basically do what we want.

Constant moving targets. Commission structure changes literally 4x a year. Continually make it harder for reps to hit higher tears of commission. Just in the last year, the same amount of sales I made end of 2025 paid me double in commission what it does now due to all the changes.
