6yThank you for taking the time to comment. We’re happy that you think highly of Vida’s mission and product. As with most startups, we’ve experienced our share of iterating and growing from mistakes, but today we’re well positioned to take on the market. As for talent retention, it’s actually quite high by Bay Area standards. Our average employee tenure is higher than industry average in the area. This year we’ve had to make a few tough choices and part with people who weren’t a good fit with the company. But we go out of our way to reward high-performing employees, and they’re staying. A good social culture is important at Vida and we’ve recently organized company events: Giants games, sailing on the Bay, group fitness classes, etc. These events get good turn-out. And while we’d love to have every employee participate in every event, we also know people need to spend time with families and friends.
