Pros

The departure of ST as the CEO signifies an opportunity for positive change within the company. We'll see though.

Cons

The issue beyond the ST's departure is the damaging culture fostered by the leadership. Ineffective leadership has continuously led to confrontational behavior, including very verbal yelling and discord over the years. Though removing the ST as CEO was necessary, it barely touches the deep-rooted problems. The culture created by these leaders has negatively affected the entire company, causing stress and low morale. Aggressive and combative behavior from leadership undermines productivity and employee well-being. Since they have normalized these patterns, the company's culture has increased turnover and reduced work quality. Recent mass layoffs, including the loss of skilled employees, have worsened the situation, leading to a talent drain.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits and they provide you with equipment. It's a startup so there is definitely room to grow, my supervisor had only been with the company for 2 years! It was great being part of such a community driven to help people. I liked working in the startup environment, from marketing professionals, to MDs we all could give eachother tips, encouragement, and support in a slack channel. It was great to experience the company like a community, in my last job we could only speak within our bubble of teams.

Cons

The training process was very difficult because they don't send you equipment until after you complete training. I had to download a whole CRM system on my 6 year old Mac Sequoia and my computer has never recovered. Also there can be a lot of misinformation, you'll be told one process by someone and then be critiqued by someone else that it was incorrect, needless to say sometimes instructions were not very clear. I think it would help if they extended their training beyond 1 week. I do want to specify that the person in charge of the trainees is great and very diligent, the issue is with company policy and not an indvidual.
