Pros

The majority of people working there are great people who make it a family like work environment. Free Lunch and good bonuses. The company does give back to the community

Cons

Extremely poor leadership with the exception of a few. VGT likes to reward poor performers by promoting thinking that will encourage them to do better. Leaders have been recognized after it well known they don't live by the company's "Values". VGT leadership is a joke. "Leaders" get to act disrespectful but if an employee behaved the same way it wouldn't be tolerated.
