We have some fantastic industry experts who are excellent at teaching others what they know – whether through informal mentoring or our formal onboarding and training programs. We certainly do aim to hire the best and the brightest in the business, regardless of their previous experience – and want to make sure we are providing them with the knowledge needed to succeed in a highly complex, often times confusing industry!
However, we are sorry to hear that you have not had a completely positive experience with Videology. As a growing business, we have worked to ensure all staff members understand our company’s vision, key priorities, and the employee’s role in meeting our goals. And as with most organizations, we’ve had to pivot - all to ensure we’re ahead of the curve to anticipate and meet the needs of the industry in which we work. Our employees are always our top priority; we are consistently focused on measuring engagement and driving programs that focus on growth, recognition, and satisfaction.
