We strive to employ the best and the brightest people who like to work hard to meet our company's key strategic priorities. Although we are a company with great expectations, we encourage a fun work atmosphere, too! In our Baltimore office, Nerf gun fights break out often on both floors...in between brainstorming and collaborative work sessions. You can also hear what we call a "buzz" throughout the office as people engage, laugh, and debate how best to solve a problem or request. A healthy mix of work and play is important to us, so we will certainly look into your feedback on how we can best engage all floors….all offices… all the time. There are definitely complexities that come along with the evolution of our company.
