Pros

Nice office and flexible work from home options. 2 day minimum in office is more than reasonable. Free lunch on Thursday’s. Great new office manager. Major points on that hire, office wouldn’t be the same without her.

Cons

There’s communication problems within the departments. Even under new management the Montreal office environment is toxic. This is instigated by 1 individual who is extremely negative and gets away with it because he’s both president and director of IT. Speculation is common.
